Shipping policy

We normally ship out your order in 2 working days (NOT included weekend), but could take longer time during sales or promotion event.

We ship all orders via Pos Laju. You will receive tracking code from us by end of the day after we ship out. You may contact the courier company with the tracking code provided for more information in case there is delay in delivery or other issues.

Most of our products are ready stock items, some items are pre-order especially our popular products. We normally will state the pre-order wait time in the description, or you may contact our customer service for details. The "stock status" on this website may not reflect the real stock condition. In case of out of stock, we will contact you.

The delivery typically takes between 3-7 business days depends on your location.

 

For light items, the shipping fee will be:

• WEST MALAYSIA & SABAH:  RM10/each order
• SARAWAK:  RM6/each order

*Heavy items will be charged at different shipping rate
